PostLite – Terms of Service

1. The Service

PostLite (social.vbdev.ro) lets you schedule and publish posts to social media accounts that you connect. By using it you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts and Pages that you own or are allowed to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and must follow the rules of the networks you publish on (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and applicable law.
• Keep your sign-in links and API keys private.

3. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it is always available or that a post is published at an exact time. Publishing depends on the social networks' own services and rules, which can change or reject a post.

4. Ending Use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking for your data to be deleted (see data deletion). We may suspend access that breaks these Terms or the networks' rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VIRTUALBOX SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including posts that are delayed, rejected or not published by a social network.
