PostLite – Privacy Policy

1. About PostLite

PostLite (social.vbdev.ro) is a web tool, provided by VIRTUALBOX SRL ("we", "us"), for scheduling and publishing posts to social media accounts you connect: Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and LinkedIn profiles or company pages.

2. Information We Collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in with one-time links and to send those links.
• Connected account details: the name, id and profile picture of the account or Page you connect, and the access token the social network issues to us. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish the posts you create.
• Content you create: post text, photos, videos and documents you upload, schedules, and the outcome of each publishing attempt.
• A short activity log of actions in a workspace (who connected or removed what, and when).

We do not read your private messages, we do not collect data about your followers or audience, and we do not use your data for advertising or sell it.

3. How We Use Information

Only to provide the service: signing you in, showing your connected accounts, and publishing your posts at the time you choose. Uploaded media is served from a signed, time-limited address so that Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn can fetch it while publishing.

4. Sharing

Your content and the access token are sent to the social network you chose to publish on, as needed to publish. We do not share your data with anyone else. The service is hosted on servers in the European Union.

5. Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect any account on the Channels page, which deletes its access token immediately. You can also remove PostLite in your Facebook settings (Business integrations). To delete your account and all data stored for it, follow the data deletion instructions.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, sign-in uses single-use links, and each workspace's data is separated from other workspaces.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
