1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Content

A. Speech and Text Input (User Content)

The App functions by processing audio (Speech-to-Text) and text (Text-to-Speech) input provided by you (collectively, "User Content").

• Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for all User Content you input into the App. You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to submit such User Content.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to input any User Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
• License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, and perform the User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the App and its underlying services (including transmitting data to Google cloud services for processing).

B. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal activities, harassment, spam, or any activity that could harm the App or other users.

4. Third-Party Services (Advertising and AI)

The App relies on third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising and Google AI/Cloud Services for STT/TTS functionality. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of VIRTUALBOX SRL and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Romanian and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its translation services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
